Since its founding in 1974, C & S Roofing Company has grown from a small roofing business in Romeo, Florida into a leading commercial contractor serving projects across the Southeastern United States. What We Do
We specialize in commercial roofing for new construction, re-roofs, remodels, and tenant improvements, with a strong focus on retail (grocery) and industrial buildings.
Our certified installation crews are experienced in low-slope, tapered, metal, shingle, and tile roofing systems. We are authorized to install all major membrane types, including Hot-Mopped Modified Bitumen, TPO, and PVC systems from manufacturers like GAF, Carlisle, JM, and Firestone. We also hold certifications for premium membranes such as Sika Sarnafil, Duro-Last, and Fibertite. Our In-House Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop enables us to produce and deliver high quality metal components quickly and precisely, including custom Copings, Edge Metals, Gutters, Scuppers, Collector Heads, Downspouts, and more.
